There are over 200 Needle & Syringe Programs (NSPs) located throughout Victoria. Apart from primary NSPs (dedicated services), many programs (secondary NSPs) are located in places like community health services, hospitals and welfare agencies. All NSPs are free and most provide some level of confidentiality.

Needles and syringes are also available for sale at many pharmacies throughout Victoria.
